My 3870 has no IMGDECMP

Hi all,

I went for the easy solution and implemented calls to the IMGDECMP in GapiDraw. I then tried it on my 3870 and it didn't work at all.

Reason? My plain-unmodified-clean H3870 does not have the file IMGDECMP.DLL! It's simply not in ROM.

Anyone have any comments on this?

This is a bit surprising as I had reports of PocketFrog (that uses imgdecmp.dll) working on the iPAQ 38xx without any problem.

Double surprise: how would IE load images if it wasn't there?

Ok. I tried your Blit.exe and it works.. I guess I did something else wrong.. But it's strange that the file is hidden though...

All system DLLs I've found are hidden in FileExplorer. It seems to auto-hide files much like the "hide system files" option on the PC, but without the ability to turn it off. I always have to find 'em through ActiveSync's explorer.
