Using emulator with GapiDraw 1.02

(1) Use the PPC2002 emulator if possible, the PPC2000 emulator is severely broken.
(2) You have to copy the file gd102.dll to the "\Windows" folder in the emulator. If you use the PPC2002 emulator, all files in the emulator will be reset each time you restart the emulator.
