1.03 status

1.03 is done and going through final testing.
We discovered that some graphic adapters on Win98/ME opened the display in 555 pixel mode, which caused incorrect colors in full screen mode on those systems. Good thing GapiDraw already was fully optimized for 555 surfaces.
We are now verifying that everything works as expected and 1.03 will be released as soon possible (read: Friday).
Thanks a lot to Tully@Metalshard for helping out with the testing on several of his machines. Also thanks to Max@XComSoft for verifying that not all win98/me systems use the 555 format.
