PSOne Emulator for Pocket PC

Hi,
Is there any Playstation Emulator that works fluently on an 300MHz CPU(Overclocked to 470 MHz)and 64MB Ram.
If there is an Emualtor then please say me the name.
It would be nice if you send any answers to me.

I haven't heard anything of PocketSX in quite some time now, so my guess is it's either suspended or cancelled. Anyway, get FpseCE, it's the best .
