Probably never.

Emulating a Playstation isn't exactly the easiest of tasks, and PocketSX already runs slowly enough on ARM. So though a SH3 version is technically possible, it would probably run at speeds <1 fps. And I'm also pretty sure that PocketSX contains lots of ARM asm, and it just wouldn't be worth the time to rewrite all that code for such a slow speed.

hey, pigs CAN fly! Didn't you hear about the time that a pig went on an airplane? I don't remember exactly what happened, but it was running up and down the aisles and some people obviously got upset
