Hi Dan,
I find that there are a number of folders I go to frequently, so a "Favorites" feature would be a big help for me.
I gave some thought as to how to implement this & (not knowing all the technical issues that may be involved) I think I've come up with a fairly good solution.
How about a small icon on the bottom toolbar that when tapped, pops up an additional menu across the width of the screen, just high enough for 1 row of icons left to right (much like transcriber does) with an "X" to close the pop up menu on the right side (again like transcriber)
Custom assigned icons to a given favorite would allow visual distinction.
I'd also like to be able to assign a file/folder as a favorite by clicking & holding & having the option pop-up in the context menu.
Same deal for deleting a favorite (click/hold/select delete from the context menu)
Seems to me this would be a low realestate way to implement what (I think) would be a great feature to have in DEXplore.
Hope you can add this at some point.
Thanks,
Rich
