Pocket PC Award Nominations 2002 (PocketPCMagazine)

Please note that I am new to this forum.
I noted Matt Keys and Eric Levine were listed from pocketmatrix as being on the "Board of Experts". I was hoping they could perhaps shed a little light on the nomination process and how this prog slipped through. I just don't get how it isn't on the list of nominees.

Was Argentum or Snails omitted from these oh so 'prestigious' awards? If so then we know something's up for sure.

The more I think about this the more upset I become. My main concern is that there are a fair number of short-sighted people out there that will assume DEXplor must be inferior to all the other nominees, and they will not evaluate DEXplor in the first place.
