Haha, I was stupid... downloading the Pocket PC 2002 SDK and using it removed the warning. I guess that's why it exists in the old SDK, to notify you don't have a PPC2000 device.

Wait, one more thing... do programs compiled with the PPC2002 SDK run on PPCs with PPC2000? (obviously, I'm only talking about ARM here)
