How to run my program at build-in keyboard location.

Dear All,
I'm a master student in Thailand. Sorry if my English is poor. I'm developing Thai hand writing character recognition demo program. I would like to show that my program can be picked at the build-in keyboard as other English recognition program can do.
The problem is I don't know how to do this??? If you have any suggestion, please tell me.
PS- I have choice between eVC++ or eVB? It's possible to use ether of these programs?

Thank you in advance,
Chainat.

You need to look at the SIP interface, I believe.
