Would it be possible to connect something like this

on the Pocket PC.

This would be a great thing because it would be an easy way to bring a dance mat with you and practice anywhere. You could plug in some headphones and hold the Pocket PC in your hands. It would only be one player, but there is plenty of screen space for one.

I'm sure a program like StepMania (a simulator for the PC) could be ported. There other simulators too. Some of which are much less "graphically intense."

And man would it be fun.

If someone would like to attempt this, I think they could make a really great product.

unless there's already a flash or MMC slot to USB adaptor on the market one would be required to mke one. It's certainly doable to make one, but I'm sure it'd be some serious work.

Then again, they made adaptors for old Nintendo Powergloves so why not.

The other thing is dancing with your PPC in your hand? Wouldn't really work to hot. Bounce all-around while you're trying to look at the screen. And the sound would be horrible without external speakers. Anotherwords, with the size of everything needed to do this you'd be better off just getting a laptop and using what's out there.

That and the fact you'll have all that crap bouncing around. It won't happen in the forseeable future.
