PocketMatrix Advertising Contest

PocketMatrix Advertising Contest

Postby Matt Keys » Apr 14, 2004 @ 5:40am

I am sure most of you have noticed the PocketMatrix Featured Downloads by now. They appear at the top of all forum pages, and the bottom of the last page on all reviews. These 330x85 banners are 100% CPC (cost per click) based. For more information on CPC advertising and its advantages, see our advertising page here: http://www.pocketmatrix.com/advertise/

Contest Entry

This contest is quite simple, to be entered you must create a 330x85 featured download banner for your game(s). Post your banner in this forum and I will pick my favorite 3 to receive the prizes. Banners may not contain any animation, and must adhere to the PocketMatrix Theme. I have included four examples of banners that have been accepted in the past below. I have also attached a template that you may all use and modify to create your own banners.

To upload your banner, you can use the "add an attachment" feature on the boards and upload it from your computer. If you are having trouble you may email me your banner and I will put it online for you: Matt@PocketMatrix.com

All entries must be in before April 28th @ 11:59pm Eastern Time

Contest Prizes

Grand Prize: 1 Month FREE Featured Downloads advertising

Second/Third Place: Two Weeks FREE Featured Downloads advertising

The winners ads will start May 1st, and will be given an account to view the ad stats of their banners.

Does the ad have to be taken imediately after the competition,or can it be taken later on this year? Yeti won't be ready for a while yet.

Unfortunatly this contest is for games that are currently out. Since the banners are "direct download" banners and should link directly to the trial when clicked

So far the ads look pretty good, with the exception of the animated one, that is against the rules.

Keep them coming.

Here is mine, took some liberty to change a few things  but sure I can make it look more "standard" if needed.
