I just received a chargeback from pocketgear, for a total amount of 9.95$

however the sale was with 9.95$ - 25% coupon, so $7.46... but the chargeback clearly states that they're getting $9.95 dollars back.
Is it just an error with my chargeback, or this is the ""normal"" way to do the chargebacks??

It does not surprise me that they did.

ok, I just got a message back saying me that despite the money "backcharged" showed the total price, only the correct amount is charged back

I'll have to trust them ;) (chargebacks per se is what sucks)
