I want to make a game for the ppc but dont know wich. <br>Any ideas?<br><br>Blade

I don't know how skilled you are; so i'll just blurt out a wishlist:<br><br>-A good Space Invaders game.<br><br>-A good Pinball game.<br><br>-Duke Nukem 3D ported to the PPC<br><br>-A reptoids game, like on the palm. [ohhh yeah!]<br><br>-An adventure game program, like Kyle's Quest for Palm. Where you could make your own adventures.<br><br>Of all these, i'd most like to have the Duke 3D port, but If need be, space invaders would be cool too.

an adventure game prog is already on the way, called PocketAdventures. you can make your own games.

Age of Wonders/Master of Magic/Warlords III clone

the 3d pong that other guys doing is gonna be amazing. especially if it looks and plays like that one at liquidmedia.

There is a classic Sinclair ZX Spectrum game Called Chaos which I think is due an update =)<br>Here is a site all about it. Although it looks poo it is really addictive.

Where you could make your own adventures. <br><br>pocketadventures is a joke, and i dont think kaiton will ever finish it, but if he does, kudos<br><br>as for me, i dont really know, possibly an actual immersive rpg title would be nice, not that crap of a ripoff (including the ripped graphics from the gb game ff adventure) kyles crap.  I want a full color possibly 3d rendered backgounds and 3d poly characters with turn based battles and a kick ass story line.. something like ff1-10 <br><br>

What about Archon?<br><br>I've been waiting a long time for a working Commodore 64 emulator for PocketPC (What ever happened to Stuart Russell??), but the only thing we currently have is Combe Back 64.<br><br>I'm not familiar with Chaos, but Archon is also a classic.  If someone was to do a remake, they should be careful not to change the gameplay or make the graphics too fancy.  Part of the game's charm is the crap graphics and sound.  ;-)

This may be a crazy idea...  What about one of those 'Dance Dance' type games.  You know those big games at the arcade that you 'dance' on.  There are Gameboy versions which work ok in the emulators, but the timing can be dodgy on them.<br><br>Bemani!  Bemani!<br><br><runs away and hides>

Michael,<br>I love Archon, too. I wrote an email to the author, asking for the license / source code to do it for PPC. I never got an answer.<br>For me Jon Freeman is now nothing but an @$$hole. Sorry, but I just dont believe that he didn't have the time to reply. He had 4 months!<br>-Shape
