German Nutcracker by Yves

German Nutcracker by Yves

Postby Phantom » Oct 15, 2001 @ 3:52pm

I just talked on ICQ to Yves M. Jeanrenaud; he is going to translate the text in The Nutcracker to the German language. So if you where having major problems reading the radio messages, be not afraid, for help is underway.<br>What some people do for getting a couple of free copies. :) Seriously: I'm quite happy with his help; I think this can increase the quality of the title even further.

Well, I got some response after posting the screenshot of the German version. Seems like it contains quite a few errors. Shapeshifter is looking into the matter now. :)

Why not make a language independent version? Maybe all the text is in a file that is categorized by languages, then choose options for language, eg English, Deutsche, Francais, etc. Or maybe languages which just use the english alphabet? More languages = More sales :)
