You can find the EasyCE tutorials on Jacco's new site here: http://www.bik5.com/tech/index.html

EasyCE hasn't been updated for a couple of years and isn't being maintained at all.

You should really look at PocketFrog/PocketHAL or GapiDraw. Both have forums hosted here on PocketMatrix.com
