(and a couple accessories for the Keyboard, like a long cord and AC Adaptor)

I want to fully deck out my dorm room audio wise. I've got my MidiLand 5.1 Surround Sound speakers that I'll take up there and plug into the back of the Extigy. I'll plug the Extigy into the USB port of my Dell Inspiron 8200 Laptop. Plug the Wireless Surround Sound Headphones into the front port of the Extigy. The Keyboard will plug into the MIDI port on the back of the Extigy.

That setup would SO rock everyone's boxers in the world... wait, do boxer briefs count? :D
Okay, ANYONE know ANYTHING about ANY of these products? I want to get what's good and what's cheapest. I think the Extigy is about my only choice unless I bring my entire desktop to college... which I COULD do, but it's HUGE and HOT and ... the Tower case is higher than the nasty built in desk and there are no cord holes in the desk and not enough power outlets... SO lets stick with my laptop.

But this what about these different products? Anyone know of a better keyboard? I want touch sensitive keys, a sustain peddle, realistic grand piano sound, and that's just about it. Everything else is really cool, and if I get a good one with lots of features then it will last me forever, but that's not what's MOST important right now. It's just going to be there in my dorm room so I can play stuff on it, maybe record some to my computer, yadda ...

If you want speakers, go with the Klipsch Promedia 5.1 speakers. My bro bought them, and omg, they rock so much ass. Can get louder than most home theater surround sound systems, without loss in sound quality. Wish I had a pair. Playing Mafia with them was like heaven for me

Theres also an Audigy 2 coming out, so there will probably be an Extigy 2. These new ones support 6.1 sound, which Dolby Digital supports I think. Probably doesn't warrant the extra price, imo.
