weird problem about converting word2k format to pword format

I was using activesync to copy a self-made word2k file to my axim, after several seconds, the convertion failed(internal error), then afterwards, no matter what file I tried to copy using ActiveSync, it said "
Cannot convert file "pfxxx" , the process cannot access the file because it is being used by other processes. "

pfxxx is referred to anyfile begun with "pf".

erm, its most likely because you have the file open in word. save it and try closing word.
