All I know is, the Doom III alpha runs pretty well on my machine (I need more RAM to run it completely smooth), but the 3DMark2k3 Battle of Proxycon runs like utter crap...only 10fps. Just goes to show that synthetic benchmarks are practically useless.
Two cupcakes were in an oven. One turned to the other and said "Damn, it sure is hot in here" and the other one said "HOLY SHIT! A TALKING CUPCAKE!"
