i'm reading survivor now, though it doesn't seem to be as good yet. Choke grabbed me from word one, and alot of what the main character said i think about myself alot. not that i'm a sexaholic, but that he needs to be an asshole to define himself.

I've only read Lullaby. His writing style is very interesting. The book was decent, but I didn't care for the characters. Definetly better than some of the fantasy trash I've been reading lately.

pfft, seems like a guy who uses a load of lame shock tactics to get people reading, to me. some people actually pass out at his public readings?! morons.

weird though that when i saw his pic i said 'what a fag' then later i read he actually lives with a bf.

typical of a gay writer to do something so over the top in his work that it just becomes 'meh', although those fainters would probably say otherwise...

People pass out at his public readings? Who's he reading to? The ahmish?

What's wrong with shock. From a writer's perspective, I'd say it's a powerful gimick to get people to view your work.

He's going for shock value? Video games really have a desensitized me.
