The pins or ground inside the USB port may have pent and the device isn't grounding or something like that. Take a look at the pins inside the port.

I don't see anything wrong or bent looking at them.

Theres 3 USB ports, one in the back and one on each side. It happens on the two side ones but not the back one. And the message is actually saying a USB hub has the power surge. I don't have a hub connected though, at home I do but I didnt bring it with me. :?

I'd really like to get this fixed, theres so much I need the laptop for while I'm away.
