Looking for free Windows hosting with PHP...

I'm looking for a site to host webZBM, a site aiding in the development of expansions to PDAMill products. PDAMill's sever, unfortunately, is Unix, and webZbm uses C++ code as its backend and PHP as its frontend.

So, I'm looking for a free Windows host with PHP and the exec() function enabled-- banner ads are ok, but not popup ads.

I can't recompile the code as I don't have a quarter of the sourcecode, and I've had a server like this before. What I'm more looking for than a generic free is just someone with a server such as that that would say, here, here's 3/5/10mb, put our link on the bottom.
