No shit. But I don't think it was caused by an overclocked GPU.

The reason it was fixed was from the reboot, it might happen again, and a way to fix this would be to not OC your CPU as much...

One would have thought that he'd have tried restarting the computer before posting here.

I did, but it still displayed the borked b. I fixed it by setting my video clock back to normal then restarting. I don't touch my CPU clocks.

I had this ones with the omega ati drivers, but with the official drivers it was gone.
