After reading about the Laci Peterson murder I think it's interesting that if you kill a woman's unborn baby it is considered murder, and yet abortion isn't considered murder even though it's the same exact thing.

Two cupcakes were in an oven. One turned to the other and said "Damn, it sure is hot in here" and the other one said "HOLY SHIT! A TALKING CUPCAKE!"

You trivialize a sign of continual poor treatment and miss the point that the foster parents are spending the money the government gives them for taking care of foster children on their cars instead of on the foster children.

And I never said kill them, I said that, if you are not willing to love your own child and do not know of a place that wants to love your child then the choice is yours, and I don't want to hear about the choice because abortion still disgusts me.

You're way off the deep end with every one of your rebuttles. You can't bring any real opinion to the argument, and you aren't willing to provide any reasons or rationalizations for any opinion that you flaunt. Eminefes here brought a very good point to the discussion. Murder of a pregnant women is treated as two cases of murder, not one. And I agree completely, abortion is wrong. But I'm not going to set myself up to say that I know better than the parent of the unborn baby herself. I'll leave it up to her. If I go around with a sign: "Pro-Life, Babies' Rights!" then it becomes MY RESPONSIBILITY for every life that is aborted. I'm not such a powerful person as to take on that kind of responsibility. I'm going to hope that the parent finds a loving home for their baby that they don't want. I'm going to hope that they won't get pregnant if they don't want a baby in the first place. But I'm not going to set myself up as such a high judge. As being a judge one hears about every unthinkable crime. As I am now, I don't have to hear of such things and I don't have to contemplate them. Thus, I am "Pro-Love" minus the hippie connotation.

Oh, and Jadam:

Yeah, moose, you're probably right... what pisses me off mainly is when abortion is used as just another means of birth control.

Speaking of birth control, it seems as though many conservative parents think it's much better to have more people around in the world, even in third-world countries... at least that's what my parents say and what this ultraconservative magazine they subscribe to says.

Paul, is it just me, or does it seem like you only argue with Moose for the sake of argument?

Well yeah, I definitely agree with the latter. Sometimes.
