Interview tips

Interview tips

Postby tomdon » Nov 17, 2003 @ 10:17pm

A few weeks ago I applied for an amazing job. Just a mile down the road from me one of the countrys top motion capture companys decided to open up a new studio. They wanted applicants to be trainee 3d animators. To cut a long story short I wrote my first ever cv and sent it off. Good news is they have just sent me an email inviting me to interview. I have never had an job interview before so Im just looking for some tips etc things to do and NOT to do. :)

Any help would be good, im going to be mighty nervous on the day :?

Just be yourself. And if they haven't asked you yet, make sure you are able to tell them how much you are looking at making an hour and how much you are looking to work.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."
