I have Koss The Plug,

They're cheap and the sound is great, especially the bass

I really like them, really good sound reproduction, accurate bass but not so much that you that you can't hear anything else and gives you fatugue and also great isolation when on the underground trains.

However, they are quite hard to get set in your ear properly so I use the standard ipod headphones on my pc when I just want to quickly listen to something, but use the sonys for longer listening or when travelling to school.

While you may not be looking for a non-earbud type headphone, I use these, and they work great. They're not the most beautiful things in the world, but for $10, you can't really go wrong.

The Bang & Olufsen headphones already mentioned twice are unsurpassed and not incredibly expensive.

Thanks Trae, I didn't realize that they were the same ones in RIC's post.
