Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

The name is temporary. As for the graphs, what exactly would you want done to them? Perhaps values at the points on the lines, or maybe hover-over line values? Or perhaps an option to change to bargraphs instead?

Bar graphs would be great. And, instead of numbers, change them to their corresponding values (i.e Mostly Disagree, Disgree et cetera).

How about smooth curves?
Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Allright, bargraphs are up, and tables/legends. I don't want rounded curves yet, but I'll implement them in the final. (Rounded curves aren't 'scientifically accurate' and I might possibly be demerited for that.) It's definitely asking for some anti-aliasing, though...

The bar graphs are excellent.

For the survey part (Strongly agree -> Strongly disagree), put alternating background colours for the questions. Also my head wants 'agree' on the right and 'disagree' on the left. It's not sure why.

FFS run a spell-checker over it. :P

Ok, I've applied some table background colors, and you can select the orientation of the buttons. Thanks for all your comments so far...

Oh, that makes so much more sense. I don't know why I even implemented it that way. Coming right up...

[Edit]

Ok, I have alternating rows now. It makes me think... would it look better centered or left-aligned, as it is?
