Uhm... no, your penis usually doesn't get dry :-/ Dude, you need to quit worrying about your penis.
You're going to get an initial break-out, quit freaking out. Calm the hell down. The worse your initial breakout the better the accutane will work in the end. This accutane isn't going to cure your in a day. Your acne will probably be worse for the first 3 weeks, then by the second month it will be noticably better. If you keep good care of your skin it will clean up really well by the fourth month. This is why I'm telling you what I did. I'm a bio major with biochem experience and am planning on going to med school. I knew enough to know what I was doing. You could at least ask your doctor. about these things, because they worked wonders for me.
But first and formost, quit freaking out. You're going insane. The initial breakout is a good thing, it means your skin is purging and normalizing the chemical levels. The extra isotetrinoin will cause your skin to get a little bit redder, too. It's a good thing.
You need to go to google.com and do a search on "isotetrinoin" and acne and the biochemistry of skin, read some lab experiments and science journals and white papers so you can calm down. I did and found the best diet and routines to help my accutane. You should, too.
