Well be my damned guest, and I mean DAMNED. Because if you want the old John back who responds to EVERY SINGLE THREAD HE READS then just tell me, because I'll be happy to oblige!

Unfortuantly.. Pauls additude toward you john, is mirrored by many here.

I Get along with almost everyone now, but your Polls and useless banter is getting on my nerves.

And by posting in every forum, your not going to solve shit, just piss more people off.

JOHN, SIT THE FUCK DOWN, PLAY WITH SOME FREEWARE GAMES ON YOUR PPC, AND QUIT POSTING SO DAMN MUCH. PUT SOME OF YOUR DAMN ENERGY TOWARD SOMETHING USEFULL.

I Think Chris should make it a rule that people with accounts younger then 3 months can only READ posts in the anything forum. This is a tighter group of people then most people think. As a developer, these people are my peers.. and i trust them to a point. You John, are not trusted by the members of this forum.

I think that no posts is pushing it a bit... maybe limit the # of posts per day (total) to 3 or 4 for the first month and then increase it by 3 for each month until 6 months has passed, when they are given full privileges (sp?)

Oh, the anything forum... I misread it and thought that you just meant all of PM. I agree with you on that one. It wouldn't make much sense if you have, say, a member who joined 2 days ago asking who the f*** LG is :)

Just completely remove the anything forum for anyone who doesn't meet these requirements:
- Posted 50 or more messages (or any other number, i don't care)
- Is registered for at least one month (to prevent people to spam the board to get into the good stuff)

that way you filter out most of the annoying people that aren't really interested and only want to post crap. you'd still have the john & kyle situation though...

Or just a personal selection-type thing... Chris or Matt has to give you as an individual access to post in the Anything forum. A way to do such could be contributing something back to the community, like programming a popular game or being a reviewer or something... of course, old fashioned bribes could be accepted too :)
