well james, if you had a good lawyer you would win, i mean look at all the burglars who have sued the people they are stealing from, because they tripped on a toy or something. I remember one guy locked himself in their garage by accident, and had to live on dog food and pepsi for 7 days, and sued and got like a million dollars because of the trauma he went through. He was robbing them too. Also, the guy who was stealing some hub caps and got his hand ran over by the car when the person in it backed up, not noticing the guy trying to steal his rims. That guy got a ton of money too. I got all of these from the stella awards.

Ya, and we have to fence in our pool area in the middle of 10 square acres and not visible from the road, because some midgit kid might have the grande idea of trespassing, swimming in it, drowning, and then his parents sue us because of some unsafe thing.

... OUR POOL ISN"T A PUBLIC POOL and ONE MORE FENCE THAT THE DOLT IS GOING TO CLIMB OVER ISN"T GOING TO STOP ANYTHIGN!!!!
