CryptoAPI is used for encrypting strings. This program will be more complex than CryptoAPI and will encrypt files. It will have password encryption, bite shifting, and, if I can manage to program it (having a lot of difficultyb with this) Vinegerie square (multiplication on Z26) encryption, all used together.
