And here are pictures of that Bugatti Veyron, and it looks like Jadam is right, it is W18, not W16 like I mistakenly thought.

Look at this absolutely amazing machine:

Sixty-four valves, six cam shafts, sixteen cylinders, THREE 8:2:1 exhaust channels... This is a machine if I've ever seen one. Thank God for human engineering... and for that link that eminefes posted

VW is not "owned" by VW Group, VW and Audi are the same company, and them together make up VW Audi Group, who are affiliated with Porsche (basically same company, just a separate building, many parts are shared though), and they own Skoda Auto, Seat, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Bentley, Rolls Royce, and Saab Scania (the big rig division).
