North East US in chaos

Postby Mechcommander » Aug 15, 2003 @ 2:34am

Cameron, I know how you feel. We have a coal power plant about 5 miles away. Yet when we get a power outage, we get no power from it. Kinda sucks.

Well, I guess this is one advantage to living in the nosebleed section. (See location)

Was chaos here today. Intersections jammed up.... Almost saw three collisions at intersections where the lights were out, on the way home.[/img]

Boston's power is a closed circuit, so we're not affected at all. I live in Blackstone Valley, which has the highest concentration of power plants in the world, so yeah, we don't have to worry about not having electricity!

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."
