There is a parable about a deceiving man which involves masterbation which contains the verse that Paul paraphrased. But it was about deceipt, not masterbation in particular.

You're all playing semantics to try to get out of this. God doesn't play semantics. What is right is what further's God's kingdom, what furthers agape (Greek for "love of a family" or similar) between the people of the world. Masterbating does not do this. How does masterbating do anything good, in any area? All it does is trap you and confine you to this world. Peter says, harshly, that "anyone that is a friend to this world will perish with this world." I don't want to be locked in my own obsessions when God comes to judge me. Not masterbating is a much better way of life than masterbating. intracourse, intercourse, extracourse. Those are all just prefixes. God's law does not allow for loopholes. That's why no one can keep it all, but I'm certainly going to try. I'm trying to fast to this world so that when the time comes I won't want to turn back towards it and be destroyed like Lot's wife in Soddom and Gammorah.

Back to the subject of Heaven and Hell I think if you believe in Jesus and try to fallow in his foot steps you will be saved. If you are serious about being a christian you won't go around doing evil you will go around trying to shadow the way Jesus was and spread good into the world. When I say believe in Jesus there is more to it than just believeing he exsists after all Satan knows Jesus was real he believes in him but will he be saved? No

There are no degrees of good or bad. It's simply bad, or good. You can do lots of bad things and lots of good things, but one act is not worse than any other act. It doesn't say "Don't adulterate for more than 5 minutes," it says "don't adulterate."

God doesn't damn anyone anywhere. God gives us all we need and want and allows us to determine our final resting place.
