Yeah, I searched on ebay for the Gibson that I have, and they were selling for around a thousand dollars I want to keep it though, I'm still going to play it even once I get the electric.

That amp looks nice but kind of expensive, the guitars I've been looking at don't even cost that much.

I bought a Hamer guitar about a year ago, and I must say it is very nice for the money I paid for it. Hamer really doesn't have that good of a reputation but it really is a very nice guitar. i paid about $400 dollars for it used, and it was in great condition. I like it better than my Gibson LP Custom that i flattened my wallet for.

[EDIT] Whoops my bad. That guitar is worth much more than 400 bucks, I guess i just got a good deal from a friend. It looks like Hamer's lower end guitars are not very nice so maybe you should watch out for them, but i cant say for sure. I'd say sell the acoustic and buy a PRS. Those are some sweet guitars.
