Well, bjorn, saying you can't change it at ALL isn't correct either. There's a biological reason that humans have an appetite as large as they do, and it's NOT because we need everything we eat on a day-to-day basis. People really do eat far more than they need to, because they don't realize that it's okay to not eat until you're overfull.
I, on the other hand, suffer from the opposite end of the spectrum. I'm very skinny. I can eat anything I want, as much as I want, and I'm even starting up some weight-gaining regimes, but nothing works. The benefit, though, is that with weightlifting, while I'm still quite skinny, I'm ripped. While I don't have a ton of it, you can see lots of definition in my muscles.
