My dad demands that I go to UMASS Amherst, but I don't want to, I mean, Massachusetts made it ILLEGAL for UMASS to say that they give a "good education". My dad just keeps using his arguement of "You learn what you put into it, the school doesn't matter". I disagree, UMASS is not a science school (it's ranked as one of the top party schools), it's a school for people that don't know what they want to do, and they can't get into any other college. He just wants me to go there because it's stupidly cheap. $4000 a year with room and board. He just cares about price, that's it. He actually wants me to go to Mexico for college, that's ridiculous. Actually, he looked into a college in Ecuador, I'm not going to study chemical engineering in Ecuador...
Oh well, we'll see. My dad says that any college that charges money is too expensive. My dad always brags about how he had to pay ALL of his college, HE HAD FULL TUITION AND LIVED AT HOME! He got full tuition because his sister worked there. Pithetic.
I took the practise PSAT in English class, and on JUST the English part (remember that I suck ass at English and don't care at all) and got a 1220, that's pretty good for my standards! I'm aiming for a total of 1600-1700 tomorrow, we'll see, but the school is making us take it at 7:45AM! That's just mean. ON A SATURDAY!
1600-1700? The highest you can get is 1600! Man! Those powerplants even mutated your tests!
