Pfft thats nothing. Those guys are minimum wage employees that are basically glorified cashiers.
While at the Summit, we had continuous problems with the Symbol Wifi cards. We needed the devices to connect directly to each other for multiplayer Snails(ad hoc).
After me, Jaybot, Chris Edwards, and Mike Wagstaff failed to make any kind of Ad Hoc connection, we decided to ask the Symbol Technition for help.
He told us the AP (Access Point) was not configured for Ad Hoc. For those of you that don't know, an AP is not needed for Ad Hoc... thats the whole point- its basically peer-to-peer between devices.
