Ya, the bevel on the text in Logo 1 is what I like least about it. Maybe make it like the text in logo3 and that would be a good combination.

I like #3 and #1, in this order. #3 has much better colors and quality of the inscription, it will look good on the page. #1 is a bit too dark.
