Cheers is an AWESOME SHOW!

But ya, Paul, all of that is fine I suppose, as long as it's not some nasty tounge filled adventure in dental exploration :/ That's disgusting

... CHEERS IS AN AWESOME SHOW!

yeah its cool, i prefer taxi...

although, cheers did launch frasier crane! and rick berman, producer of enterprise who clearly doesnt know his ass from his elbow right now.

star treks dying.

i want a mix of six feet under, ds9, tos, firefly. it should be called the original trek name of 'wagon train to the stars' and it should be really cool and well written and use the bleach bypass process for filming.

just gimme a camera.

The theme song is the BEST PART OF THE SHOW!

But ya, EVERY Star Trek series has just rehashed old episodes. I could make a direct tire from Voyager to Next Generation in every episode for 2 straight seasons. Every Star Trek series has a Vulcan Pan Far episode, everyone has a transporter malfunction episode, everyone has an episode about manuevering the ship through an asteroid field... tons more I can't remember enough to describe. But they're all the same.

Ya, both are by gene roddenberry. I don't get what's so bad about it? It's got technology, human interest, action, suspense. I think it's pretty cool.

ya know paul...you watch enough Star Trek and you start thinking..."haven't i seen this episode before?" you're right, of course, it's because they tend to rehash old stuff.

ds9 was good at NOT doing that, but then again, it was a friggin soap opera in space, not really my speed.

enterprise, on the other hand, has some originality to it, only insofar as they are doing things for the 'first' time. they have the opportunity to do it right...we'll see. i like watching them attempt to show why things arose, like the prime directive and red alert...
