Sorry to have a rant, but I was just watching a documentary on the Discovery Channel, and switched it off. D'you know what happened? Someone got injured / run over / burnt / mugged / eaten by rattlesnake etc and about twenty times during the interviews with the survivors, they ALL said "I just know that god gave me the strength" or "he was by my side."
It's crap, and it gets on my nerves. Can't they see that they were saved by the coast guard, or a surgeon, or an even bigger rattlesnake... it's really annoying. Things like this should be on the GOD Channel.
Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."
