Hmmm, I'm not intelligent enough to debate about this because I don't understand your cute stories about eternal damnation, catharsis and divine forgiveness.

... because God did created the universe and because God did do all that stuff and because Jesus was God's Son and because all of that did happen.

Tell me, do you believe that the Battle of Troy occured? The one with the Trojan Horse? Well guess what... there's more evidence that Jesus was alive and performed all those miracles and was resurrected than there is proof for the Trojan Horse and all of that.

Here's an essay by someone who proclaims agnosticism, So you might find it more "accurate" to your tastes. It's actually pretty good. It's probably more powerful because of that fact, because he finds a LOT of sources for Jesus, even mentioned in other religions, many royal documents, etc. Jesus was definitely not a fiction person.
