Usually we start off innocently and get with the flamin'...this all seems sort of backwards.

Bush says lots of jokes in his speeches, Warren. The budget one was taken out of context and was undoubtedly a joke.

Also, ineffective speech in mostly informal settings doesn't impact his job on a presidency. Providing two quotes without sources in an otherwise empty post just proves your desire to hate him, as if a joke and a quote with questionable source will somehow convince us that Bush "isn't our president."
