OK, OK, so it could be said that the language of your country American English. However there are quite large differences between 'English English' and 'American English', dictionary.com of course being a dictionary of the latter rather than the former...

BTW, under the Dictionary.com definition of 'American'

american

adj 1: of or relating to the United States of America or its people or language or culture


and for American Language
american language

n : the English language as used in the US
