Sure. In any "gay" case, the couple's gene donor %age is going to be 50%, whether it's f+(f+(m)) or m+(m+(f)). I said the wrong thing before. Fair cop, guv.

Sure, why not? No, no tax break for them. Consider it like adoption. If a woman has a baby and gives it up for adoption, they get no tax breaks (I presume)?
I have no problem having a third person in the reproductive process - it's the same as for an infertile heterosexual couple (where either partner is infertile).
