Zodiac Impressions from Jadam

Don't be silly Chuck. PPC's are still a bit geeky, yes, but most people at least know what it is and have seen one in stores these days; it's not as bad as a few years ago when people thought you were using a Star Trek prop..

I always use my PPC, especially when one of the hotties at school borrow my laptop yet again [did I mention there's a 6 girl to 1 guy ratio in my class? :D ]

I don't like to appear the show off, even though that's exactly what i'm doing.

it's like

me:"i think i'll just play some age of empires"
them:"wow!! what is that?!"
me:"this old thing? it's just a pocket pc, doesn't everyone have one?"
"TThe Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life."

I've always gotten the exact opposite reaction of what chuck is saying.

Actually way way back in 9th grade in the beginning of the year no one knew what it was and all begged to play mine at lunch. By the end of the year 5 other people at the lunch table all had their own. Of course back then they werent even really PPCs, they ever the old CE Palm-Sized. Mine was an Everex Freestyle then later in the year a Nino 500. Two other kids got Compaq Aeros, and a few got HPCs.

Each year after that though the effect got less and less cause more and more people knew what it was. Last year though everyone loved it again cause of the emulators, I guess there was a big eumlation fad or something cause everyone in the school kept playing NES on the desktops every chance they got and were so shocked that I could do it on the PPC

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.
