One can overdose on caffeine. I start to get sick at about 1.2 grams. That's about a case of coke (though the liquid serves to flush a lot of the caffeine of you, I haven't gotten sick from coca-cola). If I get sick from a case of coke, it'll be due the sugar and not the caffeine. Pills and coffee on the other hand, I have gotten sick from.
