Not actually in it (it does have BT in it already), no. I've already ordered the IBM/Hitachi 60GB 7200 and a nice USB case to put the current one into. I haven't ordered the RAM yet, but I will do shortly; I found some very cheap stuff (74€ for 512MB) but would prefer to shop around for some decent Corsair (or similar).

My next TabletPC priority is finding nice software for the beasty and a decent carry-case.

Have you modified/removed the screen protector on yours yet? Mine's kinda bugging me but I'm not sure I should attack the thing the same day it arrived ;)
