Shure, content counts for most of it but grammer really shud count to maybe for 5% or a tokon gesture to stop people getting 100% on poorly writen essayes - a scientific jurnal for example will not publish a poorly writen badly spelt essay/artikle unless the content is out standing or a breakthru (witch are buy definishun nonusual) and if you take a report to your boss and its full of grammer errors spelling mistakes et.c. its going to make you look stupid even if the content is grate, and theres realy no excuse for bad spelling or bad usige of punctuation it realy aint that difficult is it no matter what the content at least not from native English speakers so to sum up bad punctuation and spelling do detract from reedability.
