I urge every member of the Iraqi military and intelligence services: If war comes, do not fight for a dying regime that is not worth your own life.

And all Iraqi military and civilian personnel should listen carefully to this warning: In any conflict, your fate will depend on your actions. Do not destroy oil wells, a source of wealth that belongs to the Iraqi people. Do not obey any command to use weapons of mass destruction against anyone, including the Iraqi people. War crimes will be prosecuted, war criminals will be punished and it will be no defense to say, "I was just following orders."

He said told the Iraqi army men to not burn oil fields because it is a source of Iraq's wealth and they'll need that wealth after the war.
We get over 60% of our oil from African nations. And if we really wanted oil we'd open up Alaska.

I'm not sure he'll use any of his pent up bio and chem weapons. I really don't think he's that stupid. Because as soon as he does use even one of those then the entire UN knows that he was hiding those from them and then France and Russia can't deny the threat that he posed. If he doesn't use them then he's only fighting the United States, Great Britain, Australia, and Spain (ha, "only"). And there's no real reason to use them, either.
