That's why they have these amazing things called gun cabinets, as well as gun locks  .

No guns here, although back when we lived in NC we found a case of shotgun shells that the previous owners conveniently left. Oh well, whaddya do?

Actually in NC my dad considered getting an AK-47 just for kicks (it was pretty cheap, $100-$200, and easily modifiable back to fully automatic) but realized it was pointless. Thank god.

Look, owning a firearm doesn't mean you have the finger of God and you can dispose of people at your own will. With having great power comes an enormous responsibility. And if you can't handle being "picked on" and cope with it properly, then you won't do well in life, because it happens ALL THE TIME. "He called me fat, well guess I'd better go get the .44 and blast his brains out through his eye socket."

Where did I say in ANY of my posts Jello, that the Columbine shooting was a joke? It was a horrible, horrible thing, and I regret your loss of a friend. BUT, it's the person WHO PULLS THE TRIGGER THAT KILLS. REMEMBER THAT. THEY HAD A CHOICE TO SHOOT THEM OR LET THEM LIVE. THEY CHOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE.
